Subscriber: this refers to a visitor or legal entity that has subscribed to the Red Tulip newsletter service.

 

Subscription procedure

The newsletter service is entirely free of charge.

The subscription procedure consists of simply entering subscriber information (last name, first name, activity, e-mail) including a reference e-mail.

Upon registration, subscribers receive an e-mail confirming their registration.

Newsletters are sent automatically to subscribers.

The sending is regular and is done through the reference e-mail provided by the subscriber.

The content of the newsletter is provided by La Tulipe Rouge and concerns current events in the world of wine in general and La Tulipe Rouge in particular.

La Tulipe Rouge may not be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences related to the use of newsletters by subscribers.

 

Unsubscription procedure

Each newsletter subscriber has the option of unsubscribing as well as the right to access and modify personal information concerning them. The information collected is processed in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and the Data Protection Act.
